I made these tonight. Followed the recipe exactly except I used a real egg instead of the flax seed. During cooking (air fryer) the burgers didn’t really hold together well, and they seemed kind of dry. If I hadn’t put cheese on top they might have just completely fallen apart. Any ideas on how to address this?
I should add that they were very tasty, which is why I don’t want to give up on them.
