Ingredients:
1 large potato
1/4 cup plant-based milk, unsweetened
2 tbsp nutritional yeast

Salt & black pepper to taste
1 tbsp flaxseed meal + 3 tbsp water, flax egg
1/2 cup all-purpose flour (or chickpea flour)
1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
