Creamy Potato Salad

Dressing.

🔹3 tbs of vegan mayo ⁣
🔹2 tbs of dijon mustard ⁣
🔹2 tbs of olive oil ⁣
🔹1/4 tsp of salt ⁣
🔹1/2 tsp of pepper ⁣
🔹1 tbs of nutritional yeast ⁣
🔹1/4 tsp of garlic powder ⁣
🔹Juice of 1/2 lemon ⁣

Creamy Potato Salad

🔹2lbs of small potatoes ⁣
🔹1 cup of peas ⁣

Method.

1. Pre-heat oven at 450F.⁣


2. Halve your potatoes and place on lined baking sheet. ⁣


3. Drizzle some olive oil, salt and pepper on potatoes before placing in the oven.


4. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. ⁣


5. While potatoes are in the oven, start making the dressing by adding the rest of your ingredients in a mixing bowl. ⁣


5. Mix well. ⁣


6. Add in your potatoes in the dressing and mix well.⁣


7. Add your peas and gently mix. ⁣
