Oatmeal, Apple and Carrot Cake

🛒 Ingredients (Makes 8–10 servings)

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • ½ cup brown sugar or coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 cup unsweetened plant-based milk

🔪 Instructions

Preparing the Dry Ingredients

Then, in a large bowl, mix oats, flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

Preparing the Wet Ingredients

Next, in another bowl, whisk together plant-based milk, oil, and vanilla extract.

Combining & Baking
