  • 3 tbsp sugar

  • 3–3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt

3️⃣ First Rise

4️⃣ Shape the Rolls

  • Punch down the dough and divide into 8–10 equal pieces.
  • Shape into smooth rolls and place on a parchment-lined baking tray.
  • Cover and let rise for 15–20 minutes.

  • Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
  • Brush rolls with a little plant-based milk and sprinkle sesame seeds if desired.
